This notice documents the central legal framework of the ecosystem and can later be extended with partner-specific legal profiles.

Use of surfaces

The BeyondHealth.Global central hub, measurement pages, Partner Platform, and Customer Portal are navigation, information, and work-management surfaces. By using them, users accept that content is not medical or legal advice.

Partner Platform access provides a workspace for managing contacts, activities, links, and next steps.

Partner responsibility

Partners are responsible for their own communication, claims, outreach, lead handling, and local legal compliance.

Partners must not make diagnosis claims, cure claims, guaranteed health result claims, guaranteed income claims, or misleading product or business claims.

BeyondHealth.Global responsibility scope

BeyondHealth.Global responsibility is limited to the technical platform, templates, training/support materials, legal-link display framework, basic data-security logic, and consent/cookie framework.

BeyondHealth.Global does not guarantee business results, income, customer decisions, health outcomes, or partner performance.

External terms

Zinzino and other official external providers have their own terms. Purchase, customer account, product, test, laboratory, and result-handling processes may be governed by those terms.

Fees and future changes

Currently, certain platform features may be free. BeyondHealth.Global may later introduce fees or change access conditions due to data volume, storage, external provider costs, legal-compliance costs, development costs, security costs, or operational burden.

Partners should be notified before material changes, and no retroactive surprise billing should apply.

Legal review

Templates and legal references are not individual legal advice. Partners may need local legal review.
