This notice documents the central legal framework of the ecosystem and can later be extended with partner-specific legal profiles.

Operator and roles

BeyondHealth.Global central surfaces are provided by the operator of the BeyondHealth.Global ecosystem. The system provides the technical platform, templates, routing, legal-link framework, and basic consent/cookie structure.

BeyondHealth.Global and individual partners may have different roles. Partners may act as independent data controllers for their own leads, contacts, communications, and follow-up. BeyondHealth.Global does not control every individual partner message or guarantee how each partner communicates.

Measurement page data

The /meres and /measurement pages may process name, email, optional phone, optional Messenger/contact handle, questionnaire answers, language, source page, partner attribution, UTM parameters, and the recommended next step.

Partner attribution may include partnerSlug, partnerName, partner_id, ref, pid, and UTM fields. These help the selected or referring Partner provide personalized information and follow-up.

Platform and customer portal data

The Partner Platform may handle partner activities, candidate/contact notes, lead status, requested next steps, follow-up dates, and exportable activity data.

Customer Portal data, where applicable, may relate to customer-surface use, customer relationship, and official external provider processes.

Storage, cookies, and analytics

The surfaces may use localStorage and sessionStorage for language, partner attribution, UTM parameters, session, and user-experience purposes. Cookies and analytics tools are used only according to configuration and applicable legal requirements.

Marketing or tracking scripts may only be activated when a proper legal basis or consent is in place.

External providers and health limitations

Zinzino-related purchase, product, customer-account, and test processes are governed by Zinzino’s own terms and privacy notices. Laboratory or test processing may involve official external laboratory partners, including Vitas or other official providers where applicable.

BeyondHealth.Global and its partners are not medical providers, diagnostic providers, or laboratories. Content is not a diagnosis, not medical advice, and does not replace consultation with a qualified professional.

Data subject rights and international context

Data subjects may have rights of access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability where applicable, and complaint to the competent authority.

In an international partner context, GDPR is treated as a minimum standard. Partners are responsible for local legal compliance in their country and target markets.
